Here is a beautiful hand made cloche hat the brim is in 2 parts works like a cross over ive added a beautiful mix colour of feathers with a cluster of flowers with sparly jewle the hat is made from a navy felt fabric the upturn of the brim is navy velvet soft to the touch stunning hat around the brim ive added a navy & polka dot ribbon the middele part of the hat is doubled lined to give structure and is lined in a blue & white checked cotton
