This is a truly stunning vintage style 1920s/30s hat hand made by myself. The style of this hat is a pull on full head that sits just above your eyes the hat is made in a black stretch jersey fabric with a over lay of sparkly netting
to the side ive finished with the most adorable sparkly black & purple lace flower with a centre velvet smaller flower this hat is not lined
its the most simple and yet the most adorable and very easy to wear hat,
perfect finish for your special outfit for that once in lifetime trip on the
Orient Express , or if you’re attending classy “murder mystery”evening , a
fancy dress, re-enactors / promenaders outfit or just because you love the
classic & elegant 1920's era.
They are an ideal props for set dressing a classic car or vintage vehicle,
for amateur dramatics groups, shop window displays, photo shoots and will
help give you that vintage & classic Thoroughly Modern Millie, Upstairs
Downstairs, Downton Abbey look and feel.The internal measurement of this hat is 22 inches making it's size medium..
Please remember I personally hand make and style/decorate every hat
to a very high standard. What you are buying is a quality hand made unique
item.

I do not accept returns if you dont like the colour, fabric or type of hat or if you have bought a hat that doesn't fit. This is why I happily take the time &trouble to send out fabric samples when asked and list the size of my hats in inches rather than just small medium or large.

Using a flexible dressmakers style measuring tape and place it around your
head about half inch (1 to 2 cm) above your ears and eyebrows.
1.. If doing this on your own sit in front of a mirror so you can visually
check the tape is sitting at the correct level above your ears & eyebrows
and is sitting correctly around your head. You can also have the tape meet
at the front of your head so you can read the measurement.
2.. take the measurement two or three times to be sure you have it right.
3.. Make sure you don’t have your finger under the tape measure, please
don’t laugh this does happen :0)
4.. A loose measurement will result in a loose fitting hat while a tight
measurement will result in a tight fitting hat.
5.. If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape you can use NON stretchy
string in place of the measuring tape and measure that against a ruler,
though this is a slightly less accurate way of measuring your head.
